1. About these terms
These Terms of Service describe the general conditions for using the PALENTONN website and requesting travel consulting or planning support. PALENTONN is located at 52 Silver Pl, Ocala, FL 34472. A website inquiry alone does not create a paid engagement, a confirmed reservation, or a contract for travel services. A paid project begins only when its scope, price, payment arrangement, and timeline have been confirmed in writing and accepted by the client.
2. The services we provide
PALENTONN provides travel consulting and planning support for individuals. Depending on the agreed package, work may include destination research, comparisons of available travel options, personalized itinerary preparation, and organization of trip details. PALENTONN does not operate tours or directly issue airline tickets. We do not represent that website content is a confirmed travel offer, and we do not provide immigration, medical, legal, or insurance advice.
3. Planning packages and listed fees
The website lists the following planning fees in USD: Multi-Destination Travel Planning, $1,000; International Travel Strategy Package, $950; Luxury Custom Itinerary Design, $900; Extended Trip Planning, $850; Group Travel Planning Consultation, $800; Executive and Business Travel Planning, $750; and Complete Destination Research Package, $650. The fee covers the agreed consulting and planning work. Flights, accommodation, activities, insurance, transfers, meals, and other provider charges are separate. Any applicable tax, additional work, or changed scope must be identified before you accept the relevant charge. Website prices may be updated prospectively; an accepted written project price will not change without agreement.
4. Scope, delivery, and revisions
Before a paid project starts, the written scope should identify the selected service, destinations or research topics, expected planning deliverables, included revisions, delivery format, expected dates, and information the client must supply. No fixed turnaround or unlimited revision allowance is implied by the website. If the trip changes materially, we will discuss whether the existing scope remains suitable. Additional fees or a revised schedule require agreement before the additional work is undertaken.
5. Your information and responsibilities
Please supply accurate preferences, intended dates, traveler numbers, budget guidance, and relevant practical requirements. You are responsible for reviewing the proposed itinerary and identifying errors or changes promptly. Do not send payment card numbers, passport scans, or sensitive medical records through the website inquiry. You remain responsible for valid travel documents, required permissions, official entry requirements, and appropriate insurance. Confirm health, safety, accessibility, and entry matters with qualified providers or official authorities as appropriate.
6. Reservations and independent providers
You select, reserve, and pay travel providers directly. Their booking conditions, refund rules, cancellation charges, schedules, and availability govern your reservations. A planning document does not hold inventory or confirm a reservation. PALENTONN is not the airline, hotel, transport operator, activity provider, or insurer. We do not promise provider performance or undertake to resolve emergencies during travel. Any separate assistance must be expressly agreed within an appropriate lawful scope.
7. Research, estimates, and changing conditions
We use reasonable care in preparing the agreed research and planning materials. Provider prices, schedules, opening hours, availability, rules, and conditions may change after research is completed. Estimated travel times and budget comparisons are planning references rather than guarantees. Verify important details directly before booking and again before departure. Travel decisions and the final choice of providers remain yours.
8. Payment and project commencement
Payment timing and the accepted payment method are specified in the written project agreement or invoice. The website inquiry form does not collect payment. Work starts according to the agreed commencement terms, after any required initial payment and essential client information have been received. We will not add undisclosed charges to an accepted project.
9. Cancellation and refund approach
You may request cancellation by contacting PALENTONN using the details below. Unless different lawful terms are expressly accepted in a written agreement, a payment for work that has not begun will be refunded. If work has begun, we will identify the work already completed and the reasonable portion of the agreed fee attributable to that work; any unearned balance will be refunded. We will communicate the calculation and proposed timing rather than assume every payment is nonrefundable. Provider bookings are separate and subject to the providers’ own policies. This section does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
10. Planning materials and intellectual property
PALENTONN retains its pre-existing planning methods, templates, and original website content. After the agreed project fees are paid, the client may use the delivered planning file for their own trip and share it with their fellow travelers. Resale, commercial redistribution, or publication of proprietary planning materials requires written permission. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights. Website imagery is editorial and does not establish a supplier relationship or a promise of a particular destination, property, or experience.
11. Privacy and feedback
The Privacy Policy describes the treatment of information associated with website use and direct inquiries. Client reviews are published only when genuine feedback and permission to publish have been obtained. We do not require a positive review as a condition of service and do not prevent clients from sharing an honest opinion.
12. Reasonable limits and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PALENTONN is responsible for the consulting and planning work it agrees to provide, rather than the operation of independent travel providers. We do not guarantee a particular travel outcome or uninterrupted website availability. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable obligations relating to fraud, willful misconduct, or mandatory consumer protections. Any more specific allocation of responsibility must be stated clearly in the written project agreement and remain subject to applicable law.
13. Questions, concerns, and governing law
Please contact us with a concern so we can review the facts and attempt to resolve it directly. These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, subject to applicable federal law and any mandatory protections that apply to the client. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive legal remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
14. Changes to these terms
Updated terms apply from the stated update date to later website use and future engagements. A change to website terms does not retroactively replace the terms of an existing accepted project without agreement. We recommend retaining a copy of your written project scope and invoice.
