1. What cookies and similar technologies do

2. These custom website sections
The PALENTONN Custom Liquid sections do not create their own cookies, use browser local storage for inquiry data, or install advertising pixels. Menu state, selected planning service, animation state, and the form completion display are held temporarily in the page while it is open. The custom form does not create a server-side inquiry record. Leaving or reloading the page clears that temporary interaction state.
3. Shopify and the live store configuration
The hosting platform may set cookies or use similar technologies independently of these custom sections. These may support security, visitor sessions, consent preferences, or enabled platform functions. Analytics and marketing use depend on the actual store settings, installed apps, and connected services. No exhaustive cookie inventory is claimed here before the live store has been inspected.
4. Necessary technologies
Technologies needed for site delivery, security, or a feature you request may be treated as necessary under applicable rules. Their exact names, providers, and durations should be documented from the live store. The existence of a travel planning page does not mean that all Shopify commerce functions, customer accounts, or checkout features are in use.
5. Optional analytics and advertising
These custom sections do not enable analytics or advertising tracking themselves. If optional services are activated later, their purposes, providers, retention periods, and applicable consent choices must be added to the live notice. Optional tracking should not be activated before consent where applicable law requires it. A written policy alone is not a technical consent control.
6. Managing choices
You can review or delete cookies in your browser settings and may block future cookies. Doing so may affect platform functionality. If a live Shopify privacy preference interface or consent banner is enabled, use that interface to manage the choices it presents. The choice mechanism must match the services actually enabled; these custom sections do not add a separate banner.
7. Consent and regional requirements
The correct privacy settings depend on visitor locations and the live platform configuration. Where consent is required for nonessential technologies, the store must provide an appropriate choice before those technologies run. Where an applicable law requires an opt-out or recognition of a browser privacy signal, the store configuration should implement that requirement. This policy does not itself collect consent or change the platform’s settings.
8. External content and font files
Images and font files in the supplied sections are referenced as Shopify-hosted files. The supplied sections do not embed social media feeds, maps, or third-party video players. Adding external embeds or scripts may introduce additional technical requests, cookies, or other tracking and requires a review of this policy and the live controls.
9. Updates
This policy should be reviewed when the live store’s privacy settings, apps, analytics, advertising services, or embedded content change. Any published cookie list should be based on an actual inspection of the live site and should identify the provider, purpose, and expected duration for each relevant technology.
