The custom form itself does not transmit the information to PALENTONN, store it on a server, or make a reservation. A completion message is not confirmation that the company received a message or accepted a project. If a live submission service is added, this policy and the form disclosure must be updated to reflect the actual recipient, purpose, and handling before that service is used.
3. Information provided through direct communication
If you contact PALENTONN directly or engage us for a planning project, we may receive your name, contact details, travel preferences, intended dates, traveler numbers, budget guidance, and the details you choose to share. We may also keep relevant scope approvals, planning correspondence, invoices, and payment-status records. Please share only what is reasonably needed. We do not ask for passport numbers, complete card details, or sensitive medical records through the website form.
4. Information connected with website hosting
The site is intended to be hosted on Shopify. The hosting platform and any enabled service may process technical information such as an IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, time of access, and security events. The precise information and cookies depend on the live store configuration. This custom planning form does not add its own analytics or advertising trackers. 5. How information is used
